Delivery information
How do I get the bike?
What address?
Once the order has been placed and your employer has paid, the bike will be delivered either to your home or to an alternate address you've specified. You can, for instance, ask for them to be delivered to the workplace so that you don't need time off to wait for the bikes to be delivered. Alternatively, maybe a neighbour or family member can take delivery.
Free Delivery
Delivery by courier is free. All goods need to be signed for. If it is necessary for the courier to attempt delivery a second time they will leave a card for you to contact them to rearrange delivery. After the second attempt, further delivery attempts are chargeable.
Tracking
You will be informed by e-mail of the delivery date and the mail includes a tracking number so you can easily see what's going on. We can't promise a particular time though so the delivery could be anytime on the day specified.
Insurance
Everything is insured.
How long?
Deliver normally takes up to 5 working days after receiving your employer's order however, where stock is not immediately available, you (or your employer) will be notified of the delay and delivery should occur within 21 days. If the stock is unlikely to be available within 21 days of placing the order they will offer you suitable substitute equipment.
Damage in transit
