The information covered by this privacy policy is stored on our servers located within the UK and we comply in all respects with UK law on data protection. We takes the privacy of information very seriously and will use your information only in accordance with the terms of this privacy policy.

Personal Information

You can access our site and browse our site without disclosing your personal information. However, in order to run and participate in a Cycle to Work scheme, if you are a business, we require you to provide us with personal information about your business. Similarly, if you are an individual, in order to fulfil your order, we require you to enter personal information about yourself such as your home address and contact information.

We will use the personal information provided by you solely to administer your Cycle to Work scheme and to fulfil your order and we will share that personal information with our fulfilment partners only in so far as it is necessary to do so. For example, it will be necessary for your name and address to be supplied to a courier for the delivery of your products. All our employees and fulfilment providers, who have access to, and are associated with the processing of personal data, are obliged to respect the confidentiality of your personal information.

We will not sell, rent or otherwise disclose your personal information or a list of our customers to any other third parties without your express consent. Our policy is to treat all personal information provided by you as not having your consent in this regard.

We will only communicate with you for matters concerning the administration of your Cycle to Work scheme or the fulfilment of your order which we may do by email, telephone or through the postal system. We will not send you marketing emails, make marketing telephone calls or send direct marketing mail.

We will disclose personal information for the detection or prevention of fraud, illegal activity or violations of our user agreement where we believe, in good faith, it is appropriate to do so or if we are required to by an appropriately authorised body, the police or other regulatory or enforcement agencies.

The Data Protection Act gives you the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you and to have any inaccuracies corrected. If you are a business, you may, at any time, update the information we hold about you by using the Employer's Control Panel. If you are a business or an individual you may contact us directly and we will update your information for you. We charge £ 10 for information requests and will require you to prove your identity with 2 pieces of approved photographic identification.

Non Personal Information

Through our site's technology, we automatically record non-personal information about all visitors to our site.
