If you are an employer, you may use this website to offer a Cycle to Work Scheme to your employees. The information and documentation provided on this site is provided in good faith and we use our best endeavours to ensure it complies with all current legislation. However it is your responsibility to ensure that the documentation and the scheme itself is suitable for your requirements and complies with the tax rules applicable to your business.

If you are an employee you agree that you are solely responsible for your choice of bicycles or bicycles and safety equipment or accessories (The Equipment) and for the safe operation thereof. You agree without reservation that we are not responsible in anyway for any injury or damages incurred as a result of your use of the Equipment.

It may become necessary to amend these terms and conditions and MercurySquare Ltd reserves the right to do so by posting changes in this document. It is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly and your use of the Website after such changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions as amended.

All intellectual property rights contained within this Website are and shall at all times remain the property of MercurySquare Ltd or its associates. It is an express term of your using this Website that you shall not, either by yourself or in conjunction with others, develop a competing service or a service capable of competing with this Website for a period of twelve months after visiting CycleToWorkNow.Com

The Equipment is provided by our fulfilment partner (Holcros Cycle Ltd.) who provide the Equipment under their terms and conditions set out below.

Privacy Policy

Holcros Cycles Limited are committed to protecting your privacy. When you order via the CycleToWorkNow.Com website, we need to know your name, e-mail address, home address and delivery address (if it differs). This allows us to process and fulfil your orders and to notify you about your order status. We will also require a land line telephone number in case we need to contact you This number may be given to our couriers in order to help with the delivery of your goods.

Your information will not be used for any other reason other than processing your order or informing you about the products and services of Holcros Cycles Limited. We will not pass any of your details on to third parties for profit or otherwise.

Shipping

Delivery is usually within 5 working days of the approval of your order. However, where stock is not immediately available, we will notify you and, where possible, deliver within 21 days. If the stock is unlikely to be available within 21 days of placing your order we will offer you substitute equipment.

We use either Parcel Force or Business Post who will endeavour to deliver in the timescales stated. However we cannot be held responsible or liable in the event of a delay in delivery.

We will notify you when to expect delivery this will be date only and we are unable to provide a specified time. If it is necessary for the courier to attempt delivery on more than one occasion they will leave a card for you to contact them to rearrange delivery. In the event a third attempted delivery is required then this cost will be charged directly to you at a cost of £ 5.00. If delivery is still unsuccessful then the product will be returned to us after a holding period of 5 days in your local depot. Re-delivery to you after this will be charged at the normal rate plus an additional £ 15.00 for the cost of return to Holcros Cycles Limited.

All our dispatches include tracking and are insured subject to a £ 35.00 excess which is paid by the buyer.

Payment

Credit Card Security

Employees placing orders on this website do not enter any credit card information. Employers paying for the Equipment may use a credit card for payment via PayPal.

We take online security extremely seriously and have taken several steps to ensure that your payment information is processed confidentially and accurately.

Holcros Cycles Limited offer the security & confidentiality inbuilt in the Paypal systems. This encryption makes it virtually impossible for unauthorised parties to read any information that you send us. Holcros Cycles Limited do not hold or have access to your credit card number keeping your financial records secure and providing you with peace of mind.

Availability

Holcros Cycles Limited updates the availability of the entire stock list on a regular basis. In the rare event of a problem with availability of a product, you will be contacted. You may then wish to order substitute equipment or wait until the item becomes available.

Accuracy of Information

Descriptions and details of the products contained in this site are, to the best of our knowledge, accurate and correct. Many of the details are taken from the manufacturers' and distributors' own websites. Although we aim that every picture and description is 100% accurate, mistakes can occur so please let us know if you see or read something that isn't correct. If you have purchased something based on a picture or description on the website which turns out to be incorrect, we will be happy to replace the product (unused and with original packaging intact) with a suitable alternative.

Changes

If we decide to change our Terms and Conditions, we will post those changes on this page so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances we disclose it.

Faulty, Damaged or Broken Goods

All goods purchased from Holcros Cycles Limited are coved by a full warranty unless otherwise stated. The duration of this warranty is at least 1 year but some manufacturers offer an extended warranty.

Warranties cover manufacturing faults and defects but do not cover damage caused by abuse, general wear and tear, etc. If you feel that the product you have purchased from Holcros Cycles Limited has developed a fault, please contact us before returning goods as many problems may be solved without you incurring postage costs.

If the goods do need to be returned:

  • Goods must be clean and free from soiling;
  • A full description of the fault must accompany the return;
  • Goods are returned at your expense;
  • We will try our best to resolve any problem you have.

If we send you a part which is different to what is listed on your invoice we will make an exchange and either pay your postage costs (standard class of mailing) for returning the item or arrange collection dependent on the item concerned.

  • Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
  • Goods must be in original packaging.
  • Goods must not be fitted or used.
